Asheville here we come.

Heading to Asheville NC for the Pack Square Art Show. As we enter Georgia the weather is not looking good....

Bolts of lightening, like bombs bursting in air. Traffic is moving but slow. Seems like night out here.

The problem with Florida/ Georgia rain is...the sky, road and rain splash are all the same color.

This is the little cottage we stayed in. Really cute smelled like cedar. Pine cottages on a mountain side 7 miles from the show. This show was agony. No buyers for us. We did sell small items only. We didn’t even make our gas money back.
There was a guy selling decal baseball bats for 69.00, seems like he did well. Ughh! Asheville is odd, lots of men wearing women’s clothes, I’m so confused. Everyone we met was from Florida, not one person from Asheville came into our booth.
We had a primo booth location, our paintings looked great. Price range 60.00 for 8x10, 500.00 for 60 x10” and 1600.00 for 60x40 all original reverse paintings on Lexan, Professionally framed in white, it was the 3rd annual show maybe that was the problem. We did meet a woman with her daughter and grandmother who were dairy farmers from Tennessee, thick southern accents and delightful people. Dairy farming is hard work. 200 cattle and pigs and grow their own feed. I don’t think we will go back to Asheville,not to sell art anyway. Next stop Avon Colorado... stay tuned.
